Meet the Owner and Principal Consultant

Marc Benchimol, Registered Sanitarian (R.S.)

I’m excited to present you with Foodsharc LLC and hope to be your partner in food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance! I’m passionate about commercial food protection and studied at the nation’s largest, fully-accredited environmental health program, earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in Environmental and Occupational Health. I have been a Registered Environmental Health Specialist since 2002, working directly in the environmental health field for close to 20 years. In addition to being a board certified/registered sanitarian (R.S.), I am an accredited Certified Professional in Food Safety (C.P.F.S.), Certified Comprehensive in Food Safety (C.C.F.S.), and Certified ServSafe® Instructor/Registered ServSafe® Proctor. I have a strong background in auditing, compliance, and safety and am preparing to become Certified in Food Safety Supplier Audits (C.F.S.S.A.). I have confidence that my education, experience and training qualifies me to be your subject matter expert and provide true partnership in food safety and regulatory compliance.
